An operator has to face much tediousness when using a knife and what we have done is offered a button by which he can change the blade by a click of a button and makes it convenient,” says Sagar.
Forbes KENDO has a number of products and though we have entered the market recently, we are sure that our products will be successful. The products we have are topline and good quality, and the pricing is right. The company sees a niche segment, and even that market is quite big.

IMTEX is a good platform to showcase products for end customers and distributers. The exhibition offers good visibility and it is the reason Forbes KENDO decided to launch its products here. Other platforms are the traditional methods such as road shows, displays in distributer’s outlets, and reaching out to end customers through its own sales force. The company has chalked out a strong marketing plan.
Interestingly, in metal drills, the company has patented drill point design, excellent centreing when drilling even on round surfaces, and can drill 4-6 times faster than standard drills. Made of high quality high speed steel, all sizes over 10mm are with reduced shanks, fit for normal drill chucks.
