Babu says that this year at IMTEX 2019 the company displayed some interesting products and it’s hopeful that customers will also take to it. “The focus of the range we have displayed is that it will increase the productivity for the customer while assuring them higher performance,” he adds.

UCAM’s bread and butter product is the standard single access rotary table that comes with higher specifications, higher speed and is user friendly. Babu is happy that it has generated a lot of interest among visitors. The other products are its mill turn table which has got a turning milling capacity and in conjunction with the tilting head it becomes a five axis machine. “We also have a direct drive rotary table which doesn’t need a chiller and is meant for low of ownership.

We are proud to bring out our new range of gear hoppers under the Nimble machines brand. These machines are completely upgraded as compared to our PW machines and offer higher precision and higher productivity with automation,” he adds.

UCAM has been manufacturing sophisticated & technologically advanced machines for its in-house requirement. With its knowledge and expertise, UCAM launched a separate business unit under the brand name “Nimble Machine” for manufacturing of CNC gear hobbing machine.

Babu says UCAM is sensitive to the needs of customers and considering that it has ioverseas customers, the company would like to offer higher-end machines to them. Offering high performance quality at Indian prices as well as staying trendy and flexible  has been our motto.
