The group through its JV AES (India) Engineering provides services that include manufacturing engineering, consultation, project management and turnkey supplies to the automotive industry. A philosophy to be near its customer, MSSL has created a network of state-of-the-art green field manufacturing facilities to serve customers across the globe. A dedicated pool of cross-functional teams and trained human resources enable MSSL to set up new facilities in small time frame.

Its manufacturing facilities are multiunit, multi-location manufacturing with highly-skilled human resources, have specialised processes such as braiding,
over-moulding, heat resistance welding, ultrasonic welding, online printing, etc. The company organises training programmes to build necessary skill-sets for generic and special manufacturing processes. It has conveyorised assembly lines with 100% end of line testing and has an IT based online process control with special equipment and tool design with built in high degree of mistake proofing. MSSL has recently held a groundbreaking ceremony at RAKEZ Al Hamra Industrial Zone to mark the beginning of the construction of its factory which is presently being built on a land that stretches to over 21,000 square metres.

The company’s operations are expected to officially commence in the second quarter of 2020. MSSL is set to produce a broad portfolio of products including wiring harnesses, rear view mirrors for passenger cars, injection moulded products and many more from its RAKEZ manufacturing unit.
