JSPL has a robust Total Quality Management System consisting of: control on in-coming, in-process and finished materials quality; statistical analysis, non-conformance investigation, etc.; process design modification/ improvement; Integrated Management System complying with the requirements of QMS-9001, EMS-14001 and OHSAS-18001; and Total Productivity Management system.
