It was the first company to launch BS-IV bikes in India.
The high quality products are made by well trained line engineers. They have been trained based on CUDBAS (Curriculum Development Based on Ability Structure) and then become process experts. They continuously improve/innovate the process, thus making the entire chain highly productive, quality conscious and cost effective. Bajaj supports its vendors through Vendor Improvement pillar. This is unique if seen from Std 8 pillar structure of TPM. Through this, it shares knowledge, trains them, identify gaps in PQCDSM and carries out improvements.
