The Nanofinish, Deburring and Robotic Automation solution provider was demonstrate with its latest technologies and geared up to showcase live demonstrations of its machines like Centerless Throughfeed Superfinisher CST600, and also Robotic Fettling & Machining Centre.
NANOFINISH Superfinishing machines are known for their reliable solutions for finishing of crankshaft, camshafts, and a gear box shat, automotive transmission shafts, and turbo charger shafts. They come with the proprietary Nano Finish Control System that provides the simple and user friendly screen for easy and quick set up change and therefore the machines are very flexible and suitable to handle a range of parts. Earlier, this technology required setup change and would have required three different machines. The various Superfinishing parameters can be easily set on the screen of this system thereby achieving the finishing results at optimum cost.
Universal NANOFINISH Model SMP500X is a flexible smart machine using multiple Nanofinish technologies for processing a wide range of Automotive Powertrain Components including Crankshafts, Camshafts and Gearbox Shafts, all without Setup Change. Hitherto these operations would have required 3 different machines. Thus the SMX500 sets a new benchmark in Flexible Manufacturing.
Along with this machine Grind Master Machines has launched a new controller known as Nano smart controller. This is a controller for smart machines for Industry 4.0. The controller has advanced features to communicate with users on Twitter or through smart phone and comes with a remote asset management to understand how the machine is performing over its life time.
