Yokohama India strengthens its presence in Tamil Nadu with a new store launch

YCN dealership stores offer a comprehensive range of tyre-related solutions and services.

Yokohama India announced the launch of its 51st branded store in the state of Tamil Nadu within its flagship Yokohama Club Network (YCN). Tyre Centre Co., a prominent tyre retailer in Salem, has now become the 51st official merchandiser of Yokohama’s range of quality tyres. This specialised store will offer a comprehensive range of products and services, including passenger car tyres and SUV tyres, further strengthening the extensive Yokohama Club Network across the country.

Speaking about the expansion, Harinder Singh, the Managing Director & CEO of Yokohama India, emphasised on the importance of customer satisfaction and the company’s commitment to excellence. He stated, that the Yokohama Club Network has been at the forefront of offering a wide range of tyres and services to meet Indian motorists’ needs, thus setting a benchmark in customer satisfaction. The new YCN store in Salem is an opportunity for the Club Network to connect with customers in this area and help them get the most out of their motoring lifestyle with top-notch performance tyres.

Mr. Sivakumar, the owner of Tyre Centre Co., highlighted his association with Yokohama Tyres. Looking at the product performance and the company’s support regarding service and warranty, he decided to fortify this relationship by upgrading his showroom to a specialised YCN store. He further added that repeat customer demand for Yokohama Tyres was also a major reason behind this decision.

YCN dealership stores go beyond the traditional tyre shop model. Since 2020, Yokohama India has expanded its YCN network fourfold and aims to further expand its reach more aggressively in 2023 as well.
