Vedanta Aluminium has joined forces with environmental consulting firm ERM India on the International Day of Biological Diversity. Their collaboration aims to strengthen Vedanta Aluminium’s Biodiversity Management Plan (BMP) and solidify its commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.
ERM India will conduct a comprehensive assessment of Vedanta Aluminium’s biodiversity conservation efforts across various locations, utilising globally recognised metrics and tools. Based on the assessment, ERM India will provide recommendations to enhance the company’s biodiversity management practices, fostering positive actions and aiding in climate change mitigation.
