Glimpses of all the buzz and excitement at IMTEX 2015 | IMTEX 2015 was a power-packed seven-day event that was largely attended by industry professionals, government officials, state and central ministers
and foreign delegates of the machine tools industry. Visitors to the trade show had a first hand glimpse into innovative technological advances and their varied applications. The event saw footfalls of more than 1,00,000 people including students who not just enjoyed the exciting displays by the various companies but also gathered information about the innovations and latest offerings from all the brands. The immense participation from global companies indicated their level of interest in the Indian market. According to data cited by industry sources, consumption of machine tools in India from April to September 2014 rose by 20%, while the production of machine tools during the same period increased by around 28%.
