He attributes this success to the growing demand for precision and accuracy in machined components, which is the company’s unique selling point.
Tripathi highlighted two new launches – the 196-F linear encoder and the TNC Controller. The 196-F is known for its robustness against contamination and does not require an air purge unit, extending the component’s lifespan. To further instill confidence in the product, the warranty period has been increased from 2 to 3 years.
The TNC Controller is a state-of-the-art main range of side line controllers for 5-axis machines, featuring a customizable touch-screen interface. In addition to these launches, Heindenhain also displayed a range of touch probes for tool and workpiece probing, providing exact three-dimensional positioning information for improved machining accuracy.
