Omega Seiki Mobility signs MoU with Brandwin Group

Will invest $10 Million for manufacturing and distribution of its Electric Trucks- M1KA in Bangladesh

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) signs MoU with Brandwin to further amplify its presence in the Bangladesh market. Brandwin will manufacture and distribute its range of electric trucks, including 1 ton and 3-ton models of M1KA in the country. The production line is currently under construction.

Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, OSM said, “The alliance will allow us to expand our
partnership to help businesses enhance their profitability who are trying to learn to switch to sustainable last-mile transportation in Bangladesh. This is also a major step in OSM’s attempt to take Indian manufacturing to the global map.”

Initially the company will be selling CKD (Completely Knocked Down) kits of the M1KA in Bangladesh. With its dynamically growing economy and significant potential in the electric truck market, the country presents the ideal conditions to further strengthen OSM’s position in the region, the companies will be making an investment of $10 Million.

OSM has already set up an electric vehicle manufacturing facility near Dhaka in Bangladesh. The state of the art manufacturing will be operational from April 2023 and will be
manufacturing electric three wheelers for domestic and export markets. Right now, OSM has four manufacturing plants in India, located at Faridabad and Pune.
