Jagtap emphasized Deere’s holistic farm solution and inclusion of women farmers in the farm mechanization journey, which has been valued by customers. The company has invested significantly in manufacturing and product development in India, including tractor manufacturing locations, electronics system manufacturing, engineering and technology centers, parts distribution centers, and finance services. John Deere has also contributed to India’s transition from subsistence farming to agri-entrepreneurship.
