INOXCVA commences India’s largest cryogenic equipment manufacturing facility

The 30-acre facility at Savli, Gujarat would accelerate India’s transition to green energy.

INOXCVA, a cryogenic liquid storage, distribution and re-gas solutions provider, has commenced the construction of its latest manufacturing facility at Savli in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ceremony was presided over by Siddharth Jain, Director,  INOXCVA, marking the beginning of the project. INOXCVA signed the MoU with the Government of Gujarat, in the presence of honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendra Patel.

The green-field project, spread over a land parcel of 30 acres, would take shape as India’s largest cryogenic equipment manufacturing facility with the ability to fabricate over 20,000 MT per year of stainless steel equipment. With its magnificent and advanced design, engineering and fabrication capabilities, the new facility will also produce more than 2500 cryogenic equipment every year, doubling the cryogenic equipment manufacturing capacities of the entire cryogenic industry in the country, while accelerating India’s green energy adoption with its advanced cryogenic solutions. 

Once commissioned, the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, built with an investment overlay of Rs 200 Crores, will enhance the manufacturing capacity for cryogenic tanks having numerous green fuel applications for liquid hydrogen and LNG. The development would also enhance the manufacturing capacity for storage and transportation solutions for cryogenic gases like liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide and liquid medical oxygen, which would help strengthen the medical infrastructure of India.

This state-of-the-art plant will usher in a sizable investment of Rs 200 crore and generate numerous employment opportunities in the state, while ushering in an inclusive economic growth for the region.
