Grundfos Pumps India Pvt. Ltd announced the launch of its energy efficient BMS hs AC high speed booster pump for reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration applications in India. The pump ensures high efficiency and energy savings due to it improved design and enhanced features.
The BMS range is a completely new range of booster modules mainly used for reverse osmosis and (ultra) filtration applications that improve efficiency compared to earlier ranges. This range of lightweight, ultra-filtration booster modules are directly coupled pump powered by an external motor. With the increasing demand for sustainable and energy efficient pumps in the water treatment segment, these ranges of pumps are specifically designed to improve efficiency and for high flow and pressure applications.
The new BMS hs AC, is a high-speed booster pump with an asynchronous motor, that can generate an outlet pressure of up to 82.7 bar and is designed for applications where high outlet pressure is needed. These pumps can be integrated in any water treatment system and have a very small footprint. The pumps’ vital components that touch water are made of super duplex stainless steel and can withstand a maximum temperature of 600 Celsius.
