e-con Systems launches GigE low light HDR camera

The camera comes with the HDR (High Dynamic Range) feature making it possible to deliver high-quality images in challenging lighting conditions. Superior low light and NIR sensitivity are two of its key differentiators. The GigE interface of this camera enables the transfer of video data with a maximum cable length of up to 100m.

RouteCAM_CU20 is a 2MP GigE camera based on the 1/2.8" Sony STARVIS IMX462 sensor. The sensor comes with a pixel size of 2.9um and an active-pixel array of 1937(H) x 1097(V). This is an ONVIF-supported ethernet Gigabit camera that can reliably send images and control data over a wired LAN network.

The camera comes with the HDR (High Dynamic Range) feature making it possible to deliver high-quality images in challenging lighting conditions.

RouteCAM_CU20 is the first product launched in the RouteCAM series – a portfolio of best-in-class GigE cameras from e-con Systems.

RouteCAM_CU20 is an OEM HDR camera based on the Sony STARVIS IMX462 sensor that comes with excellent low light and NIR (Near InfraRed) performance. The camera can be easily integrated with all image processing platforms, including X86 and ARM processors. The GigE interface of this camera ensures reliable data transfer up to a distance of 100m. This is also a PoE camera that offers the ability to transmit power as well as data over a single GigE interface. Also, it comes with the ONVIF protocol support, which allows to integration of this camera with any ONVIF-based system easily.

This GigE camera comes with an in-built ISP that ensures superior image quality by leveraging the auto white balance and auto exposure functions. It also has an M12 lens holder that offers product developers the ability to choose the lens of their choice.
