Intech Additive Solutions at IMTEX Forming 2020

At IMEX Forming 2020, Intech Additive Solutions launched a 3D printing machine which is completely Made in India solution. Speaking about the new launch TV Srikanth, General Manager, Intech Additive Solutions said, “iFusion series of Metal 3D Printers includes iFusion SF1 and the iFusion LFMulti. It is completely designed indigenously by our team in Bangalore.”

Elaborating on the features of the machines, he said that these are based on the Selective Laser Melting technology and are well supported by software. Highlighting on the acceptance of the 3D printing technology in India, he continued by saying, “Additive manufacturing solutions are getting popular in the country. Our machines are competitive priced, as they are built in India itself. Hence, we are hoping wider acceptance. We are looking catering to industries such as aerospace manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, medical equipment manufacturing, etc.”

Highlighting the software support, he added, “These machines are equipped with AMOptoMet and AMBuilder software. Like machines, these are also developed in-house and we are extremely proud of it.”
He continued by saying, “Our overall objective is to reduce the cost of acquisition for customers. With these machines we have also aimed at reducing cost of operations.  I am sure, they will be first choice for the companies which are looking at upgrading their technologies and looking for value for money solutions.”
