Isgec recently developed a new series of high speed presses. A above 63T mechanical press capable of running at 600 spm with a stroke length of 32mm was recently displayed at IMTEX Forming anf Tooltech 2014. This type of a press is designed and manufactured with high rigidity and precision, which results in quality stamped parts, lower component rejection and improved die life. The press is equipped with a dynamic balancing system supplemented by a highly precise guiding system to meet the process requirement especially for thin products. The series is also equipped with other essential features like hydraulic quick lift for tool maintenance, hydraulic jamming release device for safety of dies, pre-loaded slide guides, precision plunger guides, hydraulic locking of slide adjustment screw for enhanced repeatability and real time monitoring of parameters.
