Recently, Rockwell Automation India has won ‘Golden Peacock Award HR Excellence Award 2019’. Golden Peacock Awards for Corporate Leadership and Institutional Excellence, over past 25 years, has become a hallmark of excellence, both locally and globally. It has achieved respectability and admiration from the industry as the ‘Golden Peacock Awards’, which today receives over 1000 applications for various Awards each year.
‘HR Excellence Award’ in the Golden Peacock Awards, is a major recognition framework to mark successes and accomplishments for the HR fraternity in India. It recognizes leading organizations and practitioners in the drive for impactful human capital strategies. It has a robust evaluation process with ‘Self-Appraisal Report’ and providing information for two performance cycle to validate information.
The evaluation criteria covered : HR strategy and its linkage with business objective; Employee physical and mental well-being; Change Management Strategy and success story; Talent Management strategy and succession planning; Effective, creative and proactive people practices; Diversity strategy and Inclusion agenda; HR Communication and branding and Developing HR team capabilities.
Hon’ble Justice M. N. Venkatachaliah, Chairman, Institute of Directors and former Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India was the Chairman of the Golden Peacock Awards Jury. The Award applications are assessed at three levels by Independent Assessors and finally by a Grand Jury.
The award was presented on March 4th at 2020 International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility and Golden Peacock Awards Ceremony in Mumbai, India.
During this event, Dilip Sawhney, Managing Director, Rockwell Automation India shared his perspective on ‘Corporate Social Responsibility – Stakeholders Perspective on Responsibility, Ethics &Trust’, as one of the speaker at the event.
