In a significant development, Kuehne+Nagel, a logistics company, has named David Roussiere as the new Managing Director for India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
David Roussiere brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director of the India Cluster, where he will oversee a team of 850 industry experts across 28 locations. With over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry and impressive background, Roussiere is well-suited to drive Kuehne+Nagel’s operations and spearhead its growth in the Indian market. He has previously held senior management positions within the company, including Managing Director for the Kuehne+Nagel Singapore cluster, Managing Director for Kuehne+Nagel UAE & Oman, and Managing Director for Kuehne+Nagel Vietnam.
Commenting on the appointment, Siewloong Wong, Regional Head for Kuehne+Nagel Asia Pacific, expressed confidence in David Roussiere’s leadership abilities. He stated that Kuehne+Nagel India has performed admirably over the years, despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic.
