As customer engagement has always been of paramount importance to enterprises, Salesforce has commissioned Frost & Sullivan a survey to assess the Customer Engagement Maturity (CEM) Index of manufacturing enterprises across various segments of sales, service, marketing and IT. This self-assessment survey will help benchmark organizations with their industry peers.
Methodology: Maturity Score
Based on survey responses of a participating organization, a Technology Excellence (TE) and Customer Experience Excellence (CxE) score will be generated that represents the organization’s unique positioning in comparison with its peers in the industry (manufacturing) for implementing customer engagement solutions.
Outcome: Blueprint
At the end of the study, Frost & Sullivan will share a customized thought leadership report with participating organization’s score. The report aims to help organizations devise their future strategy, by providing a comprehensive view of the customer engagement transformation blueprint.
