Havells India has taken up 45 acres of land parcel on a long-term lease of 99 years. The land parcel is located at Sri City in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.
The land has been taken up at a tentative investment of Rs 39 crore. The company may use the land parcel for future capacity expansion.
