Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (LATL), an automotive systems and components manufacturer, has launched its range of Lubricants and Coolants for all vehicle segments in the domestic aftermarket.
The Indian automotive industry has experienced significant growth in recent years and has created a demand for high-performance and energy-efficient lubricants and coolants in the Indian automotive market. In the backdrop of this emerging need, the company has launched its range of Lubricants and Coolants. The range is BSVI compliant and enhances engine performance and protection in diverse climatic conditions such as that in India.
Sanjay Bhagat, Sr. EVP – Head Aftermarket Division – Lumax Auto Technologies said that the After Market Division of the company was delighted to debut in the vertical of Lubricants and Coolants. He further added that with a long-standing relationship and strong presence in the Indian market, the company is committed to strengthening the B2C offering to its customers and Lubricants and Coolants were obvious choices.
The all-weather Coolants will be sold under the ‘Smart Cool,’ ‘Ultra Cool,’ and antifreeze ‘Supreme Cool’ range. The Smart Cool is suitable for tropical weather conditions, Ultra Cool is suitable for all weather conditions and Supreme Cool is relevant for extremely cold weather conditions.
The range offers two variants of Engine Oil range – the ‘Ultra’ range and ‘Supreme’ range. The ‘Ultra’ range uses mineral base oil and is designed to enhance power, performance and pick up with a superior Group 2 base oil blend. The ‘Supreme’ range uses synthetic oil blended with superior Group 3 base oil and high-tech additives imported from the US. These Grade 2 and 3 mineral oils reduce exhaust emission levels and enhance engine life. The company offers an extensive range of Lubricants comprising 2W & 4W Engine Oil, 4W Gear Oil, Transmission Oil and Greases. These diverse options will cater to the specific needs of divergent vehicle types and engines.
