Borzo has launched a referral program for its delivery partners. Existing partners can earn rewards by inviting new partners through their unique code. When the new partner completes their first delivery within seven days, the referring partner gets 100 bonus points. If the new partner completes five deliveries within the next 14 days, the referring partner gets an additional 400 bonus points. Rewards can be redeemed for cash bonuses, discounts, and other incentives. Borzo plans to convert rewards into cash every week and deposit them directly into the delivery partner’s account.
Devesh Gangal, the Country Marketing Manager of Borzo, India, stated that their referral program is an exciting way for their delivery partners to earn extra income while helping the company expand its operations. He mentioned that the company is focusing on initiatives that positively impact the delivery partners, such as insurance, upskilling, safety, and rewards and incentives. Currently, Borzo has 200,000 active delivery partners, and this plan aims to increase their numbers while allowing the partners to earn quick bucks through bonus points. The referral program is expected to attract more delivery partners to the platform and incentivize existing partners to refer quality candidates to the company.
