Sushil Baveja appointed as the new CHRO at Jindal Stainless

Baveja comes with an experience of over three decades

India’s stainless steel manufacturer, Jindal Stainless, announced the appointment of Sushil Baveja as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Baveja comes with an experience of over three decades and will be responsible for driving people strategy, enhancing workplace culture, strengthening talent management, and enriching the organization’s growth.

Baveja comes with diverse experience and has worked with some leading Indian and multinational organisations such as Nokia, DCM Shriram Ltd, Dalmia Industries, Cadbury India Ltd, and Gillette India, among others. He holds a Post-Graduate degree from the Institute of Management & Technology and a Diploma in Advanced Human Resource Executive Program (AHREP) in Human Resources Strategy from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
