On this World EV Day, MG Motor India has successfully installed 50+ AC fast chargers. They were installed at over 25 residential areas and corporate offices across 15 cities under the MG Charge initiative. The program aims to strengthen the EV charging infrastructure in India by installing residential chargers to create a seamless charging experience for the community.
MG holds an unwavering commitment to the future of electric vehicles in the country. The carmaker has undertaken various initiatives in association with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Jio-bp and Castrol to build a convenient and reliable EV charging ecosystem, which includes free-of-cost charging stations and vehicle service assistance. Earlier this year, MG also launched the new and advanced version of India’s first pure electric internet SUV (the ZS EV), post the launch of its predecessor in 2020.
