SLTL Group seven laser system at IMTEX Forming 2020

The SLTL Group displayed seven laser systems at their booth at IMTEX 2020. Narrating the highlights of the display Maulik Patel, executive director, SLTL Group said, “We showcased the laser systems which were the mix of laser cutting machines and laser welding machines for various applications. T6200, a laser tube cutting system is capable of cutting the tubes of various sizes with extreme precision. Additionally, we displayed Vector which is a fiber laser cutting machine, designed to cater to multiple industries.”

“Moreover, we displayed a one kilowatt handheld laser welding system, Laser Cleaning System and Nova, which is a laser welding system,” he continued. Elaborating further on the handheld system he said, “Laser welding requires automation. Handheld laser welding is a good system, but safety steps are need to be taken when using this system. Hence, we are very careful while selling this machine and ensure that it used is safe environment otherwise, it can create some damage.”

Speaking about the industries driving the growth for the company Patel said, “Automotive, Infrastructure, defence, medical, etc. are some of the sectors which are contributing towards the growth of the company.”

Speaking about competition from China, he said, “Chinese products are surely competitively priced. However many a times, they focus more on selling and not on servicing & maintenance. For us, service support is a vital aspect. Hence, we have a fantastic service mechanism where we are able to track all the customer complaints.”
