Godrej & Boyce launches customer service-oriented mobile App for construction industry

Application enables purchase, payment, and real-time tracking of orders to ensure transparency.

Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of the Godrej Group, announced that its business Godrej Construction has launched a customer service oriented mobile application called ‘GO TUFF’ to streamline the supply chain management of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry from the purchase to delivery stage. 

Concrete is a vital construction material in the Real Estate and Construction Industries, and the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) market has always been plagued by issues such as improper understanding of customer requirements, subpar tracking of product delivery from the manufacturing plant to site, and unceasing follow-ups. These inconveniences lead to wastage of time and dissatisfaction among customers.

To address this issue, Godrej Construction created the Godrej GO TUFF mobile app to minimize human error and digitize the browsing, purchase, and delivery processes of the construction industry. The Godrej GO TUFF app is created for builders, developers, and contractors for residential and commercial projects to provide a common platform to them for browsing, viewing, and ordering products under the categories of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Walling & Paving Solutions (WPS). This is currently being offered to our key clients and has close to 90 active subscribers with over 150+ downloads.

Commenting on the launch of the Godrej GO TUFF application, Abhijeet Gawde, Head of Business Development & Marketing, Godrej Construction said, “Our customers have always been at the heart of everything innovation. Based on the feedback from the customers, the company is continuously improving User Interface & Design of the app to enable a seamless user experience. The app will also be available in regional languages such as Hindi and Marathi to cater to the evolving needs of the users. Key customers’ users can download the application on Android or iOS devices to access all the necessary information and updates regarding the RMC and WPS products, place orders, and track deliveries in real-time to manage their transaction records with transparency.
