Recently, CEAT hosted its first edition of ‘CEAT Customer Day’. In a first-of-its kind customer engagement activity, nearly 400 CEAT personnel including top management, visited around 162 CEAT Shoppes and interacted with channel partners across 28 cities in India. The initiative was designed to reinforce the customer-centric culture of the organization and to understand the customer’s evolving needs in today’s day and age.
Commenting on the success of this initiative, Anant Goenka, Managing Director, CEAT said, “With Customer Day, we wanted to drive customer centricity across the company through meaningful engagement and inclusive participation. It has acted as a great opportunity for us to interact with our customers and understand their needs while including our channel partners in the journey with us.
