LVS 25 offers numerous advantages over conventional turning for certain typical components such as bearings, brake drums, synchro rings, gear blanks, engine cylinder sleeves, etc. The principle advantage of this machine structure is that spindle slide and the turret slide are arranged at an angle of 90° relative to one another on a mono block column, thus ensuring zero vibration and to neutralise the cutting forces and easy chip management. The machine is filled with special concrete resin for superior vibration damping which ensures excellent part accuracies.
